Their website doesn't state the expiration date for a specific promo code, and they're not able to inform you over the phone at this location either. Called a different Michales - they were able to tell me this info on the spot. Getting all my supplies there instead.

I’ve notice more interaction with staff, greeting the customer, friendly and asking if they’re finding everything ok…I like that.The store is well organized and clean.I like seeing the new seasonal decor and a good sale on current products.I’d like to see more classes offered, cake decorating, knitting/crochet, calligraphy and how to use the cricut machine.

Love Michael's! They have all the craft supplies I need for paint nights, drawing, knitting, t-shirt designing, jewelry making ect!You can let your imagination go wild here and create just about anything!Today I picked up adhesive foam for a concrete project for the TLB you tube channel located right here in Waterloo!

I came into the store very confused as to what I needed and where it was but I quickly found the sweetest worked named Leah who directed me, stayed with to chat , and helped me pick out my items! Was a great time . I went to cash and was greeted instantly and energetically by Caitlin. We had great convo the whole transaction. Will definitely be using this micheals as my primary store !

Went in for solar lights. Was told they're cheaper there. $24.99. Not cheaper. Identical set at home hardware for $12.99. So went to home hardware for them. Don't think I will return there after seeing that.

Friendly helpful staff, called a different store for me to check availability of products to save me travel time if not available. Arranged for items to be put aside for me for same day pick up.
