I have been with this company now for approximately five months and in my time here I have had nothing but a positive experience. Since first learning of the opportunity this company provides, I have been overwhelmed with an immense amount of support and encouragement from every member of the team. Each day provides a new, fun, and rewarding opportunity that pushes me towards reaching my full potential. The professional atmosphere encourages me to not only look my best, but to also be my best and I look forward to coming into work each day. I have learned so much in this business in the last couple months, and the learning has continued every day throughout the training program, which continues to push me in my own personal and professional development. From day one, management not only provided me with an amazing opportunity but also the encouragement that I can do better than even I think I can. The positivity that is spread around every morning and that I felt from the very first moment I walked into the office is what keeps me motivated and striving towards my goals each and every day. I have nothing but great things to say about this company and all of my colleagues.

SCAM!!I advice that recent graduates not fall for these entry level marketing jobs, specially posted on sites like Ziprecruiter. There are so many and its usually the same company working under different names and places but management and training and even the interview process is exactly the same.They make you come for like three interviews on different days and give you all these tests and lectures about how to move up the ladder at the company to make it look legit only to hire everyone because people don't stay in such places long enough to reach those levels. So they have to hire a lot of people. The person who hired me was, I think, an anthropology major who had the self claimed title of Human Resources Manager. I asked them at the first interview if its a door-to-door sales and the Human Resources Manager" told me "oh no

I joined D&N Dream Inc. on the 7th of October. Since then I was able to break the record of promotion from an entry level to a corporate trainer; within the next two weeks I will be able to reach a senior corporate level. D&N provides the opportunity for their employees to understand how the current corporate world functions, providing valuable lessons on the road to management. I have been able to learn an enormous amount of information since I started working here. I am currently developing and managing a team of people and will be able to reach an assistant manager position in a mere six months. My life has taken a turn for the better ever since I joined D&N Dream Inc.D&N Dream Inc. has a family oriented environment focused on learning, growth, and teaching. The opportunity given for young enterapeuners within this organization is remarkable; allowing them to learn the back end of companies in modern society. I highly recommend anyone who is goal oriented, self motivated, and ambitious to join this team of achievers.

I worked for D & N Dream Inc. for half a year. I must say, it was an amazing professional journey for me in this company right from the beginning to the end. It helped me a lot to enhance my communication skills, leadership skills and the interpersonal skills. The Management was very helpful, cooperative and dedicated in terms of training, mentor-ship and delegation. Every day was always a new learning day in the job for me. There was always an opportunity to learn new skills and for the self-development and the professional growth. The other employees were also very nice, friendly and very supportive. I admire the “Management Training Program” of the “D & N Dream Inc. which was totally focused on learning, education, advancement, skill building and career planning. The working culture of the Company always inspired me to keep the positive attitude under any circumstances. I would love to say that “D & N Dream Inc.” is the best platform for all those people who are looking for the growth in their communication skills, interpersonal skills and the most important, leadership skills.

That feeling when a job application for management results in a commission-based sales position...Regardless of what position they advertised online, it will eventually turn into a 100% commissions-based sales job with $0.00 base pay (spend your weekends selling credit cards to customers in Canadian Tire stores, and earn only on what you sell).Prior to every shift, they require you to report to the Etobicoke office, then proceed to the designated stores; you'll be on the road for hours, and it's all unpaid of course.Lots of annoying questionnaires to fill out (it's really just there to waste your time). Not to mention the whole setup (their management training program) feels really suspicious (promises of high-level, high-paying management positions if you work hard enough" but we all know it's another one of their tactics).To top it off

From the time I have worked here, I have gained knowledge and skills from the experience I have gained. It's a fun and energetic environment that you have lots to learn from.The management at D&N is awesome. They truly care for you and make sure that you are having fun. They work with you to help you achieve your goals in order to be successful.Each member on this team has a different experience and teaches the techniques they use in order to be successful. They help you and provide you with advise in order to do well.I am very happy to work with D&N and the opportunity they have provided me.

D&N Dream Inc is an opportunity office that has helped me so much with my personal development. I've developed many skills such as sales, how to be an inspiring leader and team management skills in order to be a true entrepreneur. This company has a family oriented team that works in a fun environment. The company is also very goal oriented, where we constantly strive to be the best version of ourselves by pushing eachother on a daily basis. Anyone looking for success in sales and marketing, I would highly recommend being a part of this company culture and team.

Not the ideal employer to work for, most likely will cost you more money to work there than receive anything. Interviews are extremely easy, but the job postings are a lie. Will end up working for a bunch of so called marketing management professionals, with no actual marketing management experience. They are looking for other people to do their jobs while receiving a good portion of that person's intake. Overall not worth the drive to interview. (Never worked a day for these people, but easily passed the interviews, and saw an example of what they do on site; I just left because I knew everything was a lie; ended up receiving a real marketing offer with somewhere else)

D&N is the place to learn and develop. The work ethic and environment is the best place for anyone with a student mentality to reach their career goals. I have been working with this company for about five months and during which I have learned so much about myself, strengths and weaknesses and everyone who is there including the management has been nothing but supportive as I turned my weaknesses into strengths.I have been fortunate enough to be a part of such an incredible team working towards reaching goals. The opportunity for is what excited me the most and seeing how you can push yourself from one phase to another makes every working day worth it.
