Crooks, I bought Poly watch product through Amazon, only to have them return it back to themselves to not only keep their money from the sale but the good as well. So silly to steal $30 from your customers, just glad I didn’t buy a luxury watch with you.I’m just glad I have the records with FedEx of this dialog and sent it for dispute.

The quality of service is amazing. They are proud of their products and honour their warranty.I bought a clock winder from them through Amazon. The winder somehow started to have problems after 2-month of use. They sent us a new one, unfortunately, that one also makes sound that’s unbearable to me. They generously refunded us. Now I am waiting for the new shipment and buy the winder from them cause I trust them and will only buy from them.

Amateur mistake broke the lever on a watch and the stem wouldn't bite anymore. Had it fixed, and in the meanwhile serviced and waterproofed. Very timely (no pun intended) and great service. Thank you. Will recommend to everyone and will take their services again.
