My mom and I received the best customer service ever in this particular furniture store. The staffs are so patient and listening that at the end, I felt sorry to bother them. The store manager, M. Ivan Côté, has tremendous patience to take care of all my mom’s questions despite how irrelevant they are. Thank you thank you for making my mom satisfied. I recommend this greenfield park location to anyone who is looking for home decoration and furnitures. Their prices are very reasonable and service is unbeatable.

Amazing customer service provided by Timothy the operations manager. I bought a patio set which sadly had some defective parts. I called the store and right away he was open to help me and find a solution. When I came in store for the exchange, he took the time to look at the new pieces and even open 2 new boxes to find the pieces with no damage. This is the kind of employee all should have. Kuddos for a pasionated associate who cares for his business and his clients. I will come back for sure to buy other items. Please congratulate him and give him a raise!

I just wanted to take some time to thank Johanne, a manager at the JYSK store in Brossard. I had to return two items without a bill which was a bit complicated. She took the time to help and showed me a lot of empathy. It is a very difficult time of the year for me and her attention and kindness were very much appreciated. I will definitely be shopping at this store again! Merci Johanne!

My Wife and I have been shopping at JYSK Brossard for nearly 3 years... we always go there first and the reason is Service scores 100% couple times didn't have exactly what we wanted and referred me elsewhere...price & quality are very competitive but the service is exceptionally THE Best Samuel who has served us couple of times always treats us as Family I will say one thing if I was still in business I would have stolen from JYSK...I am taking from 40+ years in retail Department stores...Thank you JYSK for making me feel at home and that why I will continue shopping at JYSK and I will always promote you to my Family and Friends please continue what you doing
