Best Buy Appliance Clearance Centre

I stumbled on this place while planning to buy a TV and the prices were really good! I spoke to the members of staff who were so helpful. In particular Bryan took out time to help explain how everything works and answered all the numerous questions I had. The TV I eventually got had a power issue and when I complained, I was asked to return it and select another one or get a refund. I chose another one and that works perfectly. The TV was $1000 off a new TV's price which was outstanding. I would definitely recommend!

You get what you pay for, a clearance appliance. After sales service is non-existent. If you have any problems, of any kind, call Geek Squad or fix it yourself. Even then, the best you can hope for is to get sent to the manufacturer.I bought a dishwasher, got it home and discovered that there was no power cord. Could not get through to anyone, at any of Best Buy's phone numbers, or was told that they couldn't help me. Drove half an hour and was given a new cord, thankfully they were open that day.Installed the dishwasher and it wouldn't work. After several days I was connected to Best Buy's contractor, Assurant, who were supposed to call me and send a technician. Two days of no contact and I called them, and was told that they had nothing and transferred back to the beginning. 3 times. I finally gave up and connected to Geek Squad, again. This time I was connected to the manufacturer who, connected me to Totem Appliance.Totem got a technician out quickly, replaced a circuit board and suddenly I have a working dishwasher. Almost a month from the time of purchase to being able to use it. At this point I could have bought the same from an actual appliance store for slightly more and had everything I wanted a lot sooner.I have had bad experiences with Best Buy before, but they were relatively minor. After this, I just can't be bothered to deal with them again. There are other stores, the price differences are small, and I'm willing to pay a little more for much better service.

We have dealt with James six months ago and today. We've always had an incredible experience and he never disappoints! The products are well priced and it's great to be here.

Stay away from this store. They don't hold any appliance over night for an outside delivery company. So they basically force you to pay in advance and wait a week for their overpriced delivery. The the delivery never gets to you, they don't pick up the phone, and when you show up and ask for a refund they tell you they need to locate the driver first to make sure they still have the package.It's basically a coverup for stealing people's money and not deliver any actual product.I had to call my credit card company to get my money back. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this place

Fantastic place. No bells and whistles, smaller area for customers then you might imagine. However the deals are insane for open box products.

These guys a a huge scam. I have never been treated so rudely by a customer support rep in my life as well. Do yourselves a favour and Steer clear of geek squad. They will do their best to take you for a ride.

Good deals on all kinds of appliances!! Mostly have minor dent and Must visit if you r in the area to hunt for appliance. Closed on Tue-Wed so Thursday is pretty busy day here.

Absolutely disgusted with the treatment I received in this store today. I walked in with a clear plastic mask on (which I wear everywhere). The person at the front said these were not allowed and provided me a medical" mask. I took it without saying anything (although every other store I've been in is fine with it). Kirby provided exceptional customer service, explaining all the product details and offering valuable suggestions. He's an expert in his field! Thanks to Kirby, we were able to get all our appliances, and we're truly grateful for his assistance.

Don't come on Mondays if you're a normal customer. Apparently only trades people or bulk buyers allowed. This should be clearly noted on Bestbuy's website. What a waste of time and gas.
