This is one of the better studios in Ontario that I've been to, maybe even in Canada in my opinion. The coaches and front desk staff are all great and super sweet and amazing. Every coach I've had is friendly and encouraging, always helping you do your best and maintain good form with all the moves. It really is like a workout family, making it far less of a chore and more of a nice break in your day that you look forward to. My high school self who hated gym class wouldn't recognize me today!

Been a member for over 3 months now and really loving my experience! The coaches and staff are all friendly and welcoming. The gym feels very non-judgemental and I like that it's a variety of people/gender/ages! Being able to compare myself about my past heartrate results is great.

Friendly and helpful coaches and staff. Great gym and equipment. Interesting and varied workouts. Having a heart rate monitor to measure the workout effort and progress is unique and effective. Love it!

One of the most amazing workout centers I have ever been to. My fitness was down due to the pandemic and I found myself with a few extra pounds and gasping for breath during squash matches. After just a month of Orangetheory I was in the best shape of my life and fitter than most of the folks I played on the squash court. I got a lot of compliments from my friends and more importantly I felt really good about myself.The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and helped me workout during a painful finger injury.Highly recommend.

I joined Orange Theory in Sept 2022 on the recommendation of a friend. I have found the program to be a very good fit for me. The coaches are supportive and provide excellent guidance. I receive regular feedback, results to keep myself on track. I am happy with my decision and the progress that I have made to-date.

I have attended 5+ Orangetheory locations on a regular basis in the last 4 years and this one is the best one so far!The coaches are all amazing! (Melissa, Nicki, Natalie, Jon, Jordynn and Linda). The energy I get from my 6:30am classes keeps me going every single day! Definitely worth it!

Having been a member for about 4 years now (after alternating between a number of other gyms), I would definitely highly recommend the workouts at Orangetheory Waterloo! I’ve been to many other Orangetheory locations, and this studio is certainly one of the best, with coaches/staff that are personable and professional, but also light-hearted and laid back, and not taking themselves too seriously.The workouts are fun and ever-changing (on the treadmills, for example, some days sprints, some days inclines, and at other times longer endurance blocks), and highly adaptable to all fitness levels/ages. In some ways the experience is a great blend of personal training and independent, self-directed workouts, with the added benefit of the sense of community that’s naturally established by going through an at times intense/grueling/challenging (yet simultaneously rewarding/transformative!) collective experience together.Aside from the physical benefits/changes I’ve noticed, and greatly improved cardiovascular stamina/endurance, being able to see one’s heart rate response in real-time with the monitors, as well as review the workout summaries in the app, have been for me very useful tools for introspection/growth/self-awareness, and has led to refinements in other aspects of my life as well (dietary habits, sleep/rest/recovery routines, etc.). I can quite honestly say that the workouts at OTF Waterloo are one of the highlights of my day!

Kind and knowledgeable staff that were genuinely invested in seeing my husband and I succeed at meeting our own personal fitness goals. Just 3 weeks in and (even at the 5:15am classes) I can confidently say you’ll be greeted with a smile, and feel challenged to get stronger and healthier at a pace that fits you best.

The staff and coaches are amazing. However the complete chaos of trying to train in that environment is quite difficult. Again not for everyone. My heartrate monitor kept falling off and was quite difficult to put on. Again the staff are wonderful and the premise is good however the environment is way too chaotic.
