They never make a quote for the whole work, it's usually done in 5-6 hours by other companies, so I said ok max 8h .. they arrived late, after one hour working they went to rest for half an hour and then they said will take 3 days to finish the work that other companies do in 5-6, then they said 2 days, after one hour I didn't see any advance so I cancel the whole work. They worked one hour and charged 3! Will never recommend this company!

I was given a list of four reputable plumbers in the area to repair a faulty faucet . As it was a time sensitive issue Bourbonnais Plomberie were the first to reply and I am very happy with the quality of service received.The plumber was scheduled to arrive on Monday at 3 pm and I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call shortly after lunch asking if it was convenient if he came earlier.He was polite and professional and happy to say that all repairs were completed before the original scheduled arrival.I will not hesitate to recommend To friends and family.Mario Carriere

I've used this company more than once. One time they didn't even charge me for a simple fix. They quote for straightforward things over the phone and so far their technicians have been very nice. They are excellent plumbers and well known in the west island for a reason.

They did one job to my place a few years ago. I had to dig a hole in the area where they worked, i found a broken pipe coming out of the fondation. They decided to use a straight pipe in a very steep angle. That pipe didn't hold much, for sure it broked long time ago. I was lucky that i had to dig in that area. Cheap job guys ! best plumber on Ile Perrot ""

The job was half done and the plumber by the name of Mathieu was terribly rude did not want to work at all, even if it was double time on a Sunday this guy definitely needs a customer service course. Before you say you can't find my file it's for the gestion 350" apt.107"
