Very appalled with the fact that this organization claims to provide person centered care, however, clients and families have very little input into what they desire their loved one's daily life to look like! Support is provided based on saving $, not meeting needs. Dogs get out more frequently than most clients do!! Don't complain to the Ministry who funds this organization because they will turn a blind eye and simply tell you what a good job they are doing. This agency has many mini institutions in the community that operate based on similar values and principles as were found in the larger institutions of Ontario's recent past!

Easily accessible with some warm hearted persons in there. Amazing.
