Worst customer service ever.I went to neon nine to design my truck for my landscaping company.I went in on February and to this date which is end on April, I'm still waiting for max to finish my job. I paid him in full. Empty promises after Empty promises to deliver. I gave up on this guy. I heard every excuse in the book on how he can't finish. Don't waste your time with this joker. There are a lot more companies that can really use your business.

Rohan and Max are the most hardworking people that I know and they have the best customer service. They made sure that everything is perfect and within my standards! They are the nicest gentlemen’s and is very easy to communicate with.

DON'T give cash up front for design work! Sent them an e-transfer for $500.00 to get started on a design for my car back in January 2020 and yet to hear from them after numerous messages. Max is the owner and as you can see in picture it was sent to him directly.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Still chasing them for decals I ordered and a vinyl repair from a job they did from last July, they apparently have great difficulties answering the phone, returning numerous messages or even replying to an email…
