Misrepresentation- On call, They first told me that they are offering me a fixed pay job role but when I attended the training session which is a total waste of time at that time world action foundation informed the candidate that they are only providing basic pay after the candidate successfully sales 5 product in their training period which is of one week and they will be get paid 100 cad for each sales. After that also candidate need to maintain 20 sales per month then and then only they are eligible for basic pay. So ultimately, when a candidate gets 20 clients their pay will be around 2000 cad (100 cad each), but when they becomes eligible for month payout they will get only 1240 according to the ontario basic pay. Do not play with the numbers and words while representing.

I've had the pleasure of working with this organization for the past few months and amazed at what this hard working and talented group has been able to achieve in that time. They are willing to help in any area where children and the elderly face hardship, good shortages, or lack of access to essential programs. Looking forward to more great things ahead.
