Yesterday I went into the cosmetics department at London Drugs on Granville and had one of the best customer service experiences ever. Nanda was so knowledgeable about all of the products and she recommended some fabulous skin care and make up that I just love. While helping me she noticed someone trying to shoplift and she politely asked me to wait a moment while she alerted security then she quickly returned to helping me. I was so impressed by her calmness and professionalism. Any employer would be lucky to have Nanda working for them. I will definitely be back to see her the next time I need new cosmetics.

We need more people like Nadia. Amazing customer service. Definitely gonna come back because of her. She helped me pick out perfumes from my family without getting irritated. She helped try at least 20 fragrances. Totally loved her.♥️

I really like this London Drugs. It feels a tad disjointed and somewhat unorganized in places but it still has everything you would expect and hope to find. It is in the heart of Vancouver’s very busy city centre and they have plenty of efficient staff members working at the cash registers. It’s kind of a landmark in the city centre and often times people will be singing and entertaining right out front. A lot of food trucks are close by as well. I enjoy my shopping visits each and every time I go.

They have almost all what you’ve looking for beauty and skin care products with different options of brands that suits the price range you’ve looking for. :) I love every products I bought.Right by the centre of west Georgia and Granville Street. “Pacific centre Mall”Canada post located at lower level-2, well trained professional knowledgeable staff.Perfect for purchasing souvenir coins, stamps, mailing products and services. Money gram and money order, online prepaid products, prep apt mailing products, good select of stamps and prepaid post card etc.Welcome to new technology. the parcel drop off machine and self serve kiosk Stamps and mailing packages.

Being in one of the busiest locations downtown, the large 2 floor store is persistently refilling stock as fast as items can move off the shelf. Because of the amount of foot traffic, shelves can at times be seemingly messy. For a tight-packed and well organized store, they appear to have as much stock as the other larger locations. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Waited at the cashier for the cash back then he said I have to go to other cashier because he don't do that. So I waited again until HANNY said they don't do cash back. I went outside to withdraw money because I really need it for bus, I came back to HANNY again for a $20 change and she gave me $7, I keep coming back because she keep giving me not enough change. I think she needs training how to count?. And please she needs a customer service training. She's so rude.

I ask the management to pay attention to the excellent work of Vitor Arruda (store 002). He does a great job of supporting and helping clients. Despite the fact that there was an unpleasant situation with the purchase of a laptop, he was able to figure it out and help me. I am grateful that there are such workers.

Their employees are very rude, i just visited today to get a compas card. There was a guy named shreyas g or shrey, he was very rude to me. I didnt even call him, he just came up to me saying you should to other place, i even asked him do you know where i am going and still he kept on saying me the same, i asked him what was wrong with him then he started getting rude with me, then i said him to do whatever he can then he called the security and started playing victim. Then the other staff asked me whatever happend and apologized but it was not enough the way he treated me.

This location contains easily the least professional photo lab department I have dealt with. They are difficult to reach and, unfortunately, even more unpleasant to communicate with — particularly the photo technician.
