GTA Firearms Training

Alan is an excellent teacher. I came into this course without any knowledge of firearms, I came out of his course with the knowledge needed to pass the course with ease. I highly recommend this course!

Alan is very patient. He’s very thorough with the knowledge you need to be safe and pass your tests. He really drives it home with the importance of safety. Highly recommend. Also the small class size allows for lots of hands on time.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking this course for either your non-restricted or Restricted firearms! Information is VERY well taught and easy to understand. The class is engaging throughout both days. I highly recommend GTA Firearms Training. Just recently took the non-restricted firearms course, Alan’s years of experience, insight and tips made for an enjoyable experience for my son and I.

Who knew school could be fun? Bring a good attitude and Alan will teach you the rest. He really does try and drill the basics so you're confident at the end that you'll pass with flying colours.

Very good.I recently took the non restricted firearms course here with a few friends and it was definitely nicely done. The material was explained intelligently and with personal anecdotes sprinkled in to provide a lot of much needed context and humor to the lectures which certainly made them easier to consume. We also frequently took breaks to demo the different kinds of firearms we would be tested on which doubled as a perfect opportunity to prepare for the practical test as well as a exciting detour from the long RCMP required instruction. For anyone looking to get their start in firearms ownership Alan's course here is definitely a good choice that I highly recommend.
