Excellent customer service! Brandon was very prompt in replying, always picked up the phone. I tried contacting another rental service multiple times prior to this and didn’t end up hearing back at all. AYS party rentals is very reliable and has high quality equipment. Definitely recommend for any rental services!

Brandon was professional and helpful when I contacted AYS. He followed up with me prior to delivery of the items and the staff was friendly and courteous when unloading the items. I would highly recommend this company and most certainly will use AYS again.

I would give 10 stars if possible. We used AYS Party Rentals for HG's 60th Anniversary. And that was the BEST decision. They reply to calls and emails quickly and are easy to talk to (something you will greatly need when planning an event as it makes it so much easier). Brandon and Kristen were very accommodating making sure all our rental needs are available. Brandon, the owner, is very hands-on with the business too. Their supplies, are also well maintained and taken care of. I highly recommend. You would want a supplier you can highly depend on, and that is definitely them.

This was an emergency last minute order for some chairs, Kristin at AYS was extremely accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. We could not have been more pleased as to how smoothly everything was, from the time of order to pickup and drop off. Super service by a super nice team. We needed last minute rental of glassware and coffee service and the guys here were quick, friendly and easy to deal with on their website, by phone and in person. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
