I participated in the Alternate Dispute Resolution course in online learning format and found it quite informative. The instructors are knowledgeable and approachable. I recommend this training to anyone who deals with other humans.

I highly recommend the Alternative Dispute Resolution course. It's incredible how engaging, informative and insightful the processes and lessons were. I was very gently supported out of my comfort zone, and awarded the opportunity to discover skills I had that I wasn't very well aware of, and then also received incredibly tangible examples of how to apply everything that was taught. Irrespective of whether this course is over Zoom or in person, I would suggest signing up. My zoom experience was surprisingly engaging, and energizing, it's also amazing how well humour was well incorporated into the course delivery as well as enough room set aside for networking with other participants and engaging with the instructors. Everything was so well paced leaving time for the content to sink in, in addition to it being expertly reviewed, with great respect for timing. Every topic was well presented, very organized and the helpful handouts really contributed to an amazing experience. Thank you all who led out in the August 10-13th, 2021 session, you are awesome!

I recently took the ADR course and highly recommend for professionals looking to enhance their negotiating and ADR skills. I took the class virtually and was pleasantly surprised how interactive and smooth everything ran. All the facilitators, Elinor, Jason, and Mark were very engaging and drew in a lot of personal experience to help provide colour to the concepts they were teaching. They were very personable and I felt that they all were genuine in not only the group's learning goals, but mine personally as well.The role play exercises are well planned and add tremendous value in helping you further understand the concepts. Additionally, coaches were also utilized to provide feedback which I found very insightful and helpful.I walked away from the course feeling energized to start applying what I learned at my job and in every day life. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!

I really appreciated the seamless layering of concepts, and the positive/respectful/fun facilitator (thank you Jason Stitt!!). The learning from the role plays and excercises have given me confidence that I can actually mediate (not perfectly at first but I can see it's a journey to get there). I was nervous about the role playing at first but there was no need. The emphasis is clearly on the learning in a safe space and not on getting it right" or "being the best." The coaches we had on the last day were so impactful. Even when I wasn't playing the role of the mediator
