...I have never written a complaint comment in my life, but I will write for this...I went to get my test result from the exam center and I complain about the russian speaking staff there.When I went to the exam center for registration, they asked for my ID and PR confirmation documents for LINC english exam and I provided them. They took a copy and gave me the exam date. When I came to the exam, they asked for the same documents again and I said that they had a copy. (They didn't tell me that you will bring it with you in the exam) but i have already showed them my driving licence.Anyway, when I had my exam and went to pick up on Thursday, they asked for my PR card and ID again. I showed my ID but they said they wanted to see the notice of decision". They didn't tell me to bring the notice of decision document when I came to pick it up. And they also didn't mention any procedure. that time I have finished my exam and the officer there said that "you can come and get my document after tomorrow" and i leaved the place.When I came to pick it up
