Canada Post London Processing Facility Building

Probably the worst delivery standards I’ve ever had. My package has been in my city for 5 business days and updates always say out for delivery each day I wait and nothing comes. I contact their help line. They just read off a screen and nothing they can do and just re assure me it will be delivered in a timely fashion. Use their help chat same responses. Virtual assistant is useless. Ask the mailman and he says he has no idea he just drives the truck and didn’t really care. It’s pretty sad when you pay for expedited shipping and you get the run around and less then reasonable service. I will never choose Canada post for anything again wish you could select zero stars

I don’t know how a delivery service could drop off my packages at the wrong address 5 times in 3 months. After paying for your pathetic service you then make me jump through hoops to re-write all of your mistakes and get my money reimbursed. Hire drives that can read and write, might help you with this problem.

Canada Post is so B.S!! I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for my medicine to be delivered and the closer it gets to me as it is in London now the further away the delivery date gets which is so stupid.. If it's in London than it should be delivered by now especially when i am a dialysis patient and NEED my medicine!! Never using them again..

Always holding parcels until they feel it is the right day to send them to the post office for delivery. Parcel went from Regina to London in 14hrs but hasn’t been delivered to post office destination 50minutes away after a week. It has now passed there date of delivery but they are blaming it on weather in another province that has nothing to do with this parcel. My parcel has been in transit for a week now.

My item has been stuck at this facility for over a month now, during the time I checked out fir the item I ordered it gave me a estimated delivery date of 1 day because I had paid extra out of pocket for delivery. I called them and they said the item can be stuck at the sorting facility for 21 days so I was essentially paying extra for nothing... It's been over a month still no package

I found out that somehow canada post had lost my package and within the time that it was found they decided to send it back to the shipper instead of sending it to me. They mixed the label up with another package and now i have to wait for them to ship it back to Texas and then back to me if Canada Post doesn’t lose it again.

Worst customer service experience with canada post. People working for them are so rude you guys should tell them how to behave with customers. If I have chance I will give 0 stars to canada post for their customer service. Better you provide some training to your associates. On calling customer service they won’t help they only read the script. My package is stuck from last 4 days and still not Out for delivery. On calling they are saying wait till 19Jan. Like its really annoying that the package which I supposed to receive on 6Jan still with them.

Canada Post holding my medication as they had lost my package that is being tracked. It has a tracking number. They keep telling me they can't locate it. Package has my medication in it and they want me to wait the week until Monday for it to be found. Or service and they don't care about anyone's help. The script in anger I am going through through the roof. And I'm going to take leave immediately. Haha but eight employees

The delivery guy never rings doorbell or knocks the door when delivering the package. They just come and through the package and run away. Recently i ordered car parts worth 550$ and the package sat in my porch for hours and co incidentally on of family members went outside and found the package. What if it was stolen? Who would be liable? Canada post is not bad but some of the delivery employees need to be educated on notifying people when delivering packages. This has happened many times. I guess they just don't care.
