Marlow goes above and beyond! I called him hoping to get an engagement ring made in under 4 weeks. He answered emails, texts, phone calls at all hours of the day and night to make sure it was perfect. When customs held up the diamond and I wasn't able to bring it with me to California to propose, he got it here in time for the special day. Can't say enough about how beautiful the ring is and how he goes to all lengths to ensure his customers are looked after!Thank you!

I had an heirloom diamond reset in a new setting that I purchased from Marlow less than 1 year ago. I don’t wear the ring everyday and it’s already bent and the stone fallen out. When I called about having it reset I was quoted higher than the 2 other places in Calgary to have it reset and told that they only guarantee their work for 3 months. 3 months for a diamond ring meant to last a lifetime doesn’t reflect much confidence in their work, so I will be going elsewhere to have my ring redone correctly.
