Great customer service! I thought my iPhone needed a new ear speaker as I could barely hear the person on the other end unless I put them on speakerphone. The gentleman spent time cleaning my phone and it ended up working with no replacement speaker needed. When I asked him how much I owed him for the service he said NO CHARGE! Amazing! Thanks for the great honest service. I highly recommend this business.

Went to this location to check why my S22 Ultra wasn't fast charging. They did a quick diagnosis and recommended that the charging port will need to replaced under warranty. Unfortunately they didn't have one in stock and said they will have to order the part in and should be available in a few days. I was told that they will give me a call back. Took a star away, because I never got the call back and went to another store. Great store and service overall.

Went in today due to a problem with my Samsung galaxy phone. I'd never heard of it and called ahead first. The girl on the phone was very nice, heard me out about the problem, then invited me in so that she could take a look at it.When I got there she (I belive her name was chantelle) was quick to help me, was courteous, and friendly. She impressively solved my problem in no time.Great customer service, and a great first experience.Thank you Chantelle! I'll be back.
