The people who work here are so kind .They always explain you exactly what’s the process you will have to follow, what’s the result of your test and then they giving you a right diagnosis. Clear explanation about how to use the machine, is great to know I’m in good hands.

I had a referral from my GP to pick up a 24 hr blood monitor. My appt was kept on schedule and the service was excellent. Friendly and knowledgable. There was much more informative information posted about the purposes of what a CPAP machine and the reasons for the use of such a device.

I purchased a multi thousand dollar machine from this company a year ago. At this point, I need to have my hoses replaced and the face piece replaced. I have tried calling multiple times over the last week and a half nobody ever picks up the phone. The purchase of the machine was easy and the customer service was good when giving them two grand but after that they seem to disappear. If you need to buy an apnoea machine, it’s a great place to do that but good luck getting anybody to call you back. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Mainland Clinic has friendly staff that always make you feel welcome, answer questions and try to stay prompt with appointment times. Meredith is very thorough in her explanations of your own condition and how you are responding to CPAP therapy. She is very helpful in getting an air piece that works right for you to achieve the best outcomes. Very happy with this clinic.

Meredith is very attentive and gives you time to answer any questions you may have. Her knowledge and expertise makes you feel confident in making the right choice for your sleep apnea diagnosis. She recently sold me the Resmed mini for travelling and I’m happy that I won’t need to pack the bulky regular Resmed machine I use every night at home. I travel alot and now I can just use the mini rather then have to pack up my Resmed each time I am away from home. Thank you , Meredith for all your suggestions in helping me to choose the right machine.
