Petro-Canada & Car Wash

This review is only with regard for the car wash. It is an old style one that uses brushes i.e. it is not touchless. It did a very poor job cleaning my vehicle.

Car wash clearly damaged my car. A staff member agreed also. Manager and owner has horrible ethics, denied any mechanical issues with car wash, and so ICBC denied my claim. DO NOT GO HERE.

One of the main issues I encountered was poor fuel efficiency. Despite using Petro-Canada gas in my vehicle, I noticed a significant decrease in mileage compared to when I used fuel from other reputable gas stations. This raised concerns about the composition and overall quality of the gasoline I was purchasing. It is disheartening to pay for a product that not only fails to deliver the expected performance but also proves to be less economical in the long run.Furthermore, I experienced issues with engine performance after using Petro-Canada gas. My vehicle seemed to run less smoothly and exhibited occasional hiccups and stutters. This was a cause for concern, as it not only affected the driving experience but also raised doubts about the potential long-term damage that could be caused by using their fuel. It is crucial to have confidence in the products we use to keep our vehicles running optimally, and Petro-Canada fell short in this regard.Additionally, I found that the overall cleanliness of the gas station facilities was lacking. The pumps were often dirty and poorly maintained, giving the impression of neglect and a lack of attention to detail. This further diminished my confidence in the company and its commitment to providing a quality product.Considering the negative impact on fuel efficiency, engine performance, and the overall lack of attention to maintenance and cleanliness, I cannot recommend Petro-Canada as a reliable source of gasoline. There are numerous other gas stations that offer higher quality fuel, better service, and a more pleasant overall experience. If you value the performance and longevity of your vehicle, I suggest exploring alternative options for your fuel needs.

Convenient location with easily accessible lot but hard to exit southbound due to traffic and can't exit eastbound due to barrier. Small but decent selection of snacks and vehicle essentials. Drive through soft touch car wash usually does a good job but sometimes not so good on rear of SUVs.

The car wash is not good at all!I washed my car and the dirts remained in there! I bought the super work which the most expensive one but it didn’t work well with me!The guy in the morning was super not nice, he is little bit old guy but his way of dealing with me was very bad! I asked him about the card that Petro Canada used to have and he replied it became 63 dollars though I didn’t ask for the price! And then he said we don’t have it!The shop is very small and has no many selections of everything.The place is clean and neat but the washroom at the back of the shop is dirty.The gas station place is convenient as it is on Capilano Rd and Marine Dr.Finally as car wash I don’t recommend it at all!—————————Update:I went there to do car wash later, it was better experience than the first one!I like it so I am increasing my ratings to 4 instead of 2 stars

Review about the car wash... It was a total waste of money. It couldn't even clean the bugs off the front of the car. Had to go to another car wash to get a proper wash after spending 13$ for the works""

I regret to say that my experience at the automatic car wash facility was quite disappointing. The basic wash fell short of my expectations, leaving my car far from clean, particularly at the back. Stubborn dirt and grime were still noticeable on the surface. Despite the relatively affordable price, I cannot recommend this car wash as it failed to deliver satisfactory results. I had hoped for a thorough and efficient cleaning, but unfortunately, that was not the case. It's essential to choose a car wash that can provide a better level of cleanliness and attention to detail.

Car wash here is pretty terrible. Feels like an old machine to be honest. I returned and explained it felt like my car had only been half washed and they gave me my money back, but until they replace the machine I won’t use this one again. The attendants were courteous and understanding, the Manager somewhat less customer-interested.

Best bit is they're one of the few 24 hour gas stations on the North Shore.Really convenient gas station either for those coming off the bridge or those planning to head up to the Upper Levels. Lots of bays and have 87, 89, 91 and Diesel.Nice big convenience store for snacks, coffees, ice and all the car bits you might also need.

Cashwash machine has a big problem .car in front of got stuck and my car keep bumping her rear. I did honk the horn so car will move up coz my wheel was moving forwad . Manager and cashier is pretending nothing happens. Awful people.
