You are correct I have never used your service, however my family member has. She dropped off a perfectly healthy dog in the morning, came back 4 hours later to find the dog staggering and off balance when taken out of the enclosure and he began vomiting in front of her. When she asked what happened to her dog she was told that he was vomiting because he didn't eat his food that morning. Many visits to the the vet later and the dog is still unable to eat much if anything thing at all, but strangely all tests have came back clear. So my question is WHAT HAPPENED TO THE DOG!!?

I absolutely love taking my dog here. When I pick her up she is tired from playing her whole stay. You can tell the staff are familiar with signs and care about the dogs. And when I drop off my dog is quiet.... It's a very calming place which makes leaving my dog less stressful for both myself and my dog. I highly recommend using Freedom House to kennel or board your dog.

I have a little dachshund that is a wee bit anxious and would go with her brother to Freedom House whenever we could not take them with us. They always kept them behind the counter where things were less intimidating. As Griffin grew older they accommodated his special needs with love and kindness. Recently Maggie had to go to Freedom House for the first time since her brother passed, and they were so sweet to her. It gives me great comfort to have a safe place for her when we need it. Thank you! I definitely recommend!

I have two standard poodles, who I like to have groomed in a specific, non-conformational way. Previous groomers have taken multiple sessions to get it right, but Jessie listened to what I asked for and groomed the girls exactly as I wanted. They look amazing, and I will definitely be taking them back.

I am beyond impressed with Freedom House. The staff are always very pleasant and polite. I have used the daycare for my standard poodle, and I pick her up absolutely exhausted! I also decided to try their grooming services, and received my favourite groom by far! I won't bother with any other location.

Freedom House is the only place we take our dog for grooming and the occasional doggy daycare. It’s so important to trust the people who are taking care of your fur babies, and this is that place! The staff is absolutely amazing and we know our girl is getting the best treatment. Highly recommend!
