Lack of places to park. Fingers crossed you find a place.

This parking garage is super busy, I usually have to drive it in there 3 times just to find a parking spot. Also it is lil bit pricey as well

Nice but always hard to find a parking spot to bad when you gave a appointment you can get a park and go

Lots of parking, space is tight if you own a bigger vehicle. I had trouble paying with my cc card, the operator was very kind and let go for free.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. The parking garage itself is not the problem, it’s the amount of unnecessary attitude the workers of the payment machine have. I parked here while I was waiting for someone who was in the urgent care center, and when I was leaving, I realized that I didn’t have a credit card to pay for the parking and hit the help button. A man picked up and asked me what the problem was and I then told him I didn’t have a credit card but I had cash and a debit card. He then asked me how much I owed, to which I answered, that i didn’t know the price but i was there for 30 minutes, and he condescendingly asked me how I didn’t know the price of 30 minutes. After that he asked me what my license plate number was, and i told him that it wasn’t my car and i’d have to get out and check and he told me to just find the registration, so I looked for it and when I found it, I told him that i was pretty sure the licence plate number was … and he answered with “how are you pretty sure”. I told him I was slightly confused reading it but I assumed that was it. He told me to get out and check, which was my plan initially before he told me not to. At this point I was slightly annoyed, but I got out, checked the plate number and told him that the number i just told him was correct. He then asked my name and I asked if he needed my name or the car owners name, seeing as he was asking for information about the car, to which he aggressively replied, YOUR name. I told him my name, and he said it back to me incorrectly, so as anyone would do, I spelt my name out to him so he had the correct name, and he replied with, “Call me back when you feel like speaking to me correctly” implying that I was somehow being rude? I genuinely was confused and had never had an experience like that, so yes maybe me being confused was frustrating, but the amount of disrespect and rudeness of not only his tone, but the things he was saying to me baffled me. If anything, I thought he was being rude but continued to be polite. I am very upset with the situation and embarrassed honestly. I would have called rather than leaving a review but weirdly enough they don’t have a phone number. Never will I be returning, and I do not recommend going here. Angry people shouldn’t work in customer service.
