I'm torn. This Arby's, food, and staff are great!! The worst, lowest quality product you have on your menu is the curly fries. It's been the last few years? Almost every one of the fries had some form of rot (not skin-big difference).I'm always hopeful I'll get decent, edible curly fries, but it's always such a disappointment.Please please please find another vendor who has a quality product. I'm tired of eating around the rot or throwing the fries out (they're so good). We do pay enough money, so I'm hoping you do a serious upgrade. (pic is just a small sample from tonight)

My friends and I had our first Arby’s experience this evening and let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint. We ordered a variety of items: chicken, beef, and turkey sandwiches, curly fries, poutine, and some milkshakes. Everything tasted very fresh and delicious and the food was a perfect temperature. This place is a GEM and deserves so much more recognition. Thanks, Arby’s!

Staff here is great and usually don't have issues today we ordered thru skip and most of are order was great my son's meal was fine he loves the roast beef I ordered the three cheese and bacon and to my surprise no bacon lol how do you miss a ingredient that is literally in the sandwich name really just how

I visit and order from here often, it's a family favourite. I ordered the turkey and Greek gyros. I saw them featured on a Youtube channel I love (Timmy's Takeout) and I wanted to try them myself. They of course are not authentic but both are great! They are a perfect size for me and have lots of yummy toppings, even the meats are good. The Youtuber mentioned the sauce was a weak tzatziki sauce but I loved it as I don't normally like tzatziki. I would absolutely get them again, among many other items on their menu.

What can I say. Arby's is not for me. I have o ly tired Arby's a few times. And every time, I am left unsatisfied. The prices for a combo are on par or higher than all other fast food restaurants, but no matter what meal I get , I am left Hungary. , so in saying that it is certainly not this location I think it's the chain on its own. I just feel like all the sandwiches you could make at home with little effort. We will end on a positive note, the curly fries were different.

Not a very clean place to go. The staff is not welcoming. The place is not my personal favourite. The restaurant was recommended to me by a friend but it turned out to be a not so likely place. We took buffalo chicken sandwich, fries, crispy chicken sandwich etc but the burger was dripping with sauce. There was a tinny tiny chicken piece in the burger. I don’t personally recommend this place .

Arby's. What can I say. They have the meats.But this time I saw a poster for a Greek Gyro on the window as I entered, so I gave it a try. I was *very surprised* at how good the gyro was.I live in Paris and usually get my gyro from the greek street vendors in my neighborhood. This was as good as that.

i can see that my terrible experience is NOT isolated, and that nothing will be done.april/12/2023 i stopped in with a friend for dinner at approx. 19:00 hrs(7pm) i thought cheese stix could be a tasty side order, i was very wrong about that. i took one bite and was disgusted by the taste of plastic in my mouth, my friend also took a bite from the other end of the same stick and was also grossed out. i took the remaining 5 sticks back up to the counter, and wanted my money back, as it was over$8 for a large(6pcs) i was told by the young indian manager that so what and thats not my problem"there are LOTS!!! of fast food restaurants on Victoria rd in Kitchener

The food was okay I guess- not really sure what's happened to the quality over the years but it certainly has gone down. Also, not sure who maintains the grounds of the building, but it is absolutely a disgrace with overgrown weeds and lawn. Overall, not a great eating out experience.

Brutal customer service to begin, no manners, pleasantries, or courteous communication. Waited a few minutes after ordering, no problem, but then received the completely wrong sandwich, which was made poorly and looks crushed. No previous problems with this store but tonight was terrible.
