I felt that they over charged me because it was my first time , toilettes are filthy, the food is dry, The only thing I could eat is noodles. never again

Today there were 3 of us having breakfast. First of all, the choice of food was very poor and in general the place didn't look nice and clean. My husband paid the bill for 3 people which was 86$ and the waiter started shouting at my husband why he didn't give tips and that he was very cheap and said not to come here again! First of all it is not a must to give tips! This is one of the worst restaurants I have ever seen in Canada. Secondly, what if this was our last money and we just came to eat being hungry, and the waiter shouts at us because we didn't give tips! BY ALL MEANS, PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!

Very disappointed! We are here right now and so many tables were not cleared, understaffed. The food were cold, not appetizing. The entire place is disorganized. Such a shame! This is not part of Mandarin franchise in Ontario. I guess people flock here to eat without the care of good quality food. Don't come here, eat somewhere you can get your money's worth with good taste. Out of 10 it's a 2.

Extremely dissatisfied, very very bad quality food, very stinky oil was used- one can easily smell that. Extremely bad customer service -cursed us for not giving extra tip, tip was already added in the bill. I would have given 0 star if that was an option. Ruined our 1st day trip experience.

Overpriced and over-rated.40 box for re heated plates....Few Years ago it was 25 box.Really dirty. Needs a good clean-up even the fish are dying in their tank

A dirty, disorganized restaurant. When we walked in we saw uncleared tables with dirty dishes. We should have walked out but we gave it a chance. When it was time to get food, it was so disappointing, the food looked un appetizing, almost empty trays that were not replenished, the ladles were sticky and the whole food set up was wacky. No salad, no fresh fruits, the ice cream were almost empty and dirty space. The dessert area was soso. It looks like they were just getting rid of leftovers during the holiday. This place is nothing like the Mandarin franchise in Ontario. We paid 30 dollars for food with no taste. Not worth it. Don't go there.
