Papa Johns Pizza

Love Papa John's! This location treats me very well! The food is always fresh and tasty and the service is second to none!

Awesome pizza, best in town, always order from here, customer service is fantastic! After one late night out on the weekend they were closing up but still made us a great pizza to pick up after close! And they know their customers! Tonight I meant to order my regular pizza but made an error, they called me to make sure the toppings I ordered were correct because they know what we like!! And again, great pizza!!!! Good job papa johns!!!!

Very bad delivery service and not recommended. Just placed delivery order and told it would take 40-50min. 20min later called again and asking to give a go-ahead on which I did previously when I said ok fine. And we would still have to wait another 40min as they never started on it. We were extremely hungry. This is the second time for delay and the last straw. They owe me for this. I decided I will never contact and come to this location ever again. You just lost yourself a customer.

Stepping into to this establishment, I was greeted promptly by both of the employees. The service was excellent. The guy at the register was attentive and friendly. The lady who was making the pizzas, also handed me my pizza and was very polite. The pizza was well made, it was fresh and it tasted delicious.

Food quality: Very skimpy on toppingsService: Very rude manager. I ordered pizza online. I paid via online ordering system, but i went to store, they told me order is not paid. So i paid in store as well. Next day both charges appeared on my credit card. I called store and manager asked me to come store. when i went to store and showed him duplicate charges, instead of he taking responsibility to fix the issue why i have been charged via online system and charged in store, he asked me to contact Pap johns to fix the issue and refused to fix the duplicate charges. Now i have to waste my time trying to contact Papa Johns head office to fix duplicate charges rather than manager taking responsibility of fixing the system. Very bad experience and will never go to this store.

Few years back in Peterborough this brand was our favorite go to for pizza.This location in Cambridge has been highly disappointing couple of times now and today was just completely miserable. 4 topping pizza barely find the onions or mushrooms, the chicken pieces are so tiny. The bread is so thin for a regular pizza and chewy, even the sauce is light.What is going on here management? Seems like others reviewed similar concerns.

Best pizza in town! Great combo deals..Had accidently ordered pizza with no cheese and staff called to make sure whether this was correct. They really care about their customers. New oreo bites are delicious too...

Very disappointing pizza and more so, a lack of Customer Service. Great Pizza if you like Lots of Crust.We have ordered quite a few Pizzas from Papa John's and we do like The Works, which is what we ordered the other tonight. Unfortunately we don't feel that the Pizza had all the ingredients listed and it was not as well prepared, meaning the sauce or toppings out close to the edge of the crust as we would normally get. Simply put, we have never complained about a Papa John Pizza before, but this one was a disappointment. As mentioned, if you like Lots of Crust and very few toppings, this is the pizza for youWe did our best to notify Papa John's and they felt what we got was good enough". I am including the picture they sent me of "how the Pizza should look" followed up with the one we received.It is unfortunate that I didn't inspect the Pizza when I came to pick it up
