Best Service, hands down! First order was shipped out asap and received within 2 days (over 1500km away from my address).I even got help from one of the staff members when they were on vacation!I accidentally ordered the wrong size (not once but twice, my mistake) and they were able to rectify the situation and send me the shipping label and get my exchange done very quickly.Would highly recommend this store!! This is a great place to shop from! And customer support was punctual in response time and incredibly helpful. I had purchased skates and they went on clearance within a week of my purchase, I had reached out about it and ProSkaters honored the clearance price. Seriously great service, also the product is amazing, I ordered the mayhem Rio rollers, they feel like a comfortable pair of sneakers and they ride so well. I would definitely purchase from here again!

Awesome service from this company!!! I had a crazy idea to put a brake on an inline skate that didn't come with a brake. I need a brake as I skate in traffic. The person that helped me went above and beyond with his knowledge of this product. I will now be able to skate this summer and I can' t wait for the heat. Thanks to all involved!!!! Fast shipping too!!!! Pictured is my new Bauer Mission Inhaler skates with a brake adapter. Got the brake adapter at ProSkates Place.

I couldn't be happier with my online experience at ProSkaters Place. I snagged a pair of Powerslide Zoom pro 80 at a fantastic price which arrived at my house in 2 days, all orchestrated by the wonderful Marina, who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I am 67 and haven't been on inline skates for many years. These skates are amazing! I am so stoked to get back into skating on the street anytime I want. I feel like a kid again. lol...

Great online discount price and although the store was closed (they were moving) they let me enter to try them on and they fit perfectly!Since technically, I am a beginner, not having skated for many years I purchased a heel brake. After realizing that I needed a different axle to install it onto this frame, they kindly mailed it to me free of charge.I was thoroughly happy with the price, the product and the after sale service provided by ProSkaters Place and I will be dealing with them from now on!I recommend them highly!Joe A

Ordered a frame that did not work out for my daughters skate (no fault of the company- she's a 4 year old in-line speed skater we knew it would be a long shot for it to work well) reached out for the return process and received near instant response, offers to search back stock and frames not online for any that may work, they even looked at pictures of her current boot with frame to see if they could help find what she needed. I received the frame quickly and received return instructions just as promptly. Would highly recommend all around excellent customer service.

Bit of a shame that I only found out about this place once I have moved from Ontario to British Columbia. But no matter where you are in Canada, ProSkaters Place has your back.Ordered a specific SurfSkate complete to be shipped from them, but there was a slight issue with the item when it was received. Their customer support went above an beyond to rectify the situation and then some. If you need some Skate gear and particularly if you need it delivered, I would definitely recommend these folks! Thanks for all you do ProSkaters Place!

ProSkaters Place Skate and Ski Shop
Wanted to get back into inline skating after 10+ years absence. Did my research but still wanted a physical location to go to to try on skates and find the perfect fit. Glad I did. Customer service was excellent and prices were better/on par with other Canadian online shops. Would recommend.
