Great Doctor, HORRIBLE secretary.I honestly leave angry every time I have to interact with that absolutely horrendous human being.

There are certain things you can't trust to the amateurs.

I have been a patient of Dr Monahans since 1985 and in the later years I have been treated like I never existedI missed an appointment and the girl gave me another date. I made sure this time I'd mark it downI arrived on the dates given and was told it was different than the day I wrote down.I'm getting old but I'm not crazyI wrote it down to make sure that I wouldn't miss it. The recipient told me her screen can't be wrong but get thisDr Monahan to the receptionist to tell me to go to an after hour clinic.Real nice Dr. Monahan. Your computer can't be wrong but me writing down can be . She couldn't have entered it wrong and gave me the wrong dateMy fault I guessAfter 31 years I get treated like this .All I wanted to see him for was for just a follow up and to renew my prescription5 minutes of his timeAnd on top of it all they sentme a bill for missing the appointment.
