Julie and Chris are so lovely!I had the best experience working with Julie and received the most amazing customer service. Maybe ever. One day I walked in with some old gold rings to melt down and a rough idea for a cross, and with Julie’s help and expert council I/we designed the most stunning custom cross EVER. It turned out better than I could have ever imagined!!!Twice I had issues with a new chain and once I notified Julie of the problem she told me to send it back to her right away and that she would take care of it. First time around it was repaired and sent back to me (out of province) within a couple weeks. Later when I informed her that it broke a second time she ordered me a brand new one and replaced it without any issues.Julie has been extremely helpful, dependable, easy to communicate with and consistently goes above and beyond my expectations every time.I would recommend Envi Jewellers to ANYONE!5 stars hands down.

I am very excited to see Emerald’s Jewelry open up here in Moose Jaw. The selection has been beautiful. This past year we were asked for a chunky chain for Christmas for our teenage daughter and found her the perfect piece, rare if you have a teen that you got it right on the first try).
