Dirty, watched a staff member pick his nose then proceed to handle food then go and mop the floor before actually sweeping it, just ended up pushing dirt around, staff didn't seen to care about anything sanitary related.

Best McDonald's I've ever been to. Every time I visit I'm greeted with a smile and everyone seems to get along. I never have to wait long for my order. The communication between employees is amazing. 11/10!!

Well this is the one and only option for the people of Elliot Lake, no other burger joint like KFC or Burger King.The worst thing about this store is that they don’t sell anything for Vegetarians (No beyond meat burger) and as I am a vegetarian I only go to this place for my coffee or icecream where most of the time their icecream machine is broken.Staff is Good, some people are RUDE and Arrogant but else everyone are doing a great job.

Just wanted to shout out Amanda who took my order today. She has amazing customer service skills & is kind and friendly to everyone she serves. Very hard to find people like her, keep up the great work Amanda!

Never going back to this establishment again. Got a big mac meal and meat was gray in color and looked like it was old and subsequently got food poisoning from it next day after ingestion. Lettuce was visibly soggy and looked like it had been sitting overnight. Sauce tasted sour and not fresh at all. Horrible experience overall. This was in drive through so couldn't go back to complain since I was not the driver. Never ever again...

Place is alright. I would recommend going to another location. Usually the food has something off with it, like stale buns, fries a little under cooked, and other stuff like that. The only time I never had a problem was at 5 am for breakfast, but that's probably because everything was just made.

It's nice to have in-store dining again. I hope this restaurant will install order kiosks soon. I found these helpful at the Brampton location.

Food was good, service was okay, order was correct but there were missing components.. ie, the dipping sauces that I paid extra for, I had to remind them they weren't in the bag, and the chocolate milk for the kids meal ordered was non existent.. I feel as though it's not overly difficult to ensure all items are in before they try to rush you away (it wasn't even dinner rush).

Went in today got the new chicken Big Mac. Don’t get it! No flavour what so ever! McDonalds you need to start coming up with better burgers stop just added bacon or taking the meat off a burger and adding chicken to it. I wonder if who ever came up with this burger actually ate it before selling it to people. Hang your head in shame McDonalds.
