Worse experience of my life. I wish there was something lower than 1 star. They tell you a price on the phone and when you come in they rush you. They told me that it was only a consultation but we didn’t consult anything. They took a x-ray and I didn’t even get the results back. And then the put me in the chair and told me to lean back they’re gonna do a general cleaning. They didn’t even ask you if you want a cleaning and also they don’t tell you that they’re gonna charge you for it. After the cleaning they told me that it’s gonna be 150$ extra with the cleaning. They charged me for the x-ray (I didn’t get the results back) and consultation (which we didn’t even do). I ended up paying 300$ total for just a visit that was supposed to be a consultation. THEY ARE ROBBING PEOPLE!!!!! DONT GO HERE!!!!

Dr Thai was rushing and not friendly for my visit. He gave me an anesthetic shot and told me my last bottom tooth need filling before X-ray results came back. After X-ray result back, he told me the tooth had root canals with crown, can not do filling. So, he rushed to do another tooth’s filling. He seemed having no time for me. I have to ask questions, then he gave me short rush answers. It just a few weeks since he did my filling. That filling seems no longer working. It’s a very disappointing dental clinic visit!

Dr. Tsai and his team are professional and kind. He gives great price for full time seminary students and pastors. His performance of surgery is quick and thorough that helps you to get rid of pain and inconvenience. My whole family relies on his wonderful work.

I was in for a cavity fix and end up with a crack tooth! He didn’t do any x-ray checking even when I returned 3 times to complain about the discomfort..just told me to use sensitive toothpaste and eat high calcium diet! Ended up going to another dentist doing a root canals that cost me over $2K!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Damon Tsai for over 20 years. I have always appreciate the professionalism of the doctor and his team. He took X Rays for my sensitive tooth, and also, He also showed me my tooth enlarged with the intra oral camera so I could see all my previous fillings done on that tooth. Dr. Tsai recommended a crown to maintain the integrity of that front tooth.The whole procedure was done painlessly. His team was so pleasant. I would not go any where else. I highly recommend Dr. Damon Tsai. He is very professional and his team is very helpful and friendly.

Best dental service I have received in a very long time. Dr. Tsai and team were caring and accommodating. I got my wisdom tooth extracted and the whole experience was awesome.

I've recently had three of my kids all have their yearly check up here. Dr. Tsai is thorough, kind, and warm to the children. They all had a wonderful experience and actually want to go again! Our eldest son had a filling, Dr. Tsai explained in detail his procedure and decision making and involved me in the decision making process for my sons tooth filling. This was a great place for my kids. Recommend.

I had great experience with Dr.Damon, he was able to diagnose the right problem and fix it quickly and responsibly. I had 3 dentists before, and he is the best I have so far.
