I've been here a couple times and have to say the service here is amazing! As a women going to shops can be a bit daunting. In the past I've been talked down to or spoken to like I am dumb. Everyone is super nice and explains things in terms I understand.My car actually died in the parking lot coming to get an oil change and the guys here were super helpful and got my car up and running again.10/10 would recommend! Brought a car in her for pre-purchase and safety inspection before purchasing the vehicle. Received great service from the team. They thoroughly inspected the vehicle and informed me on what repairs were needed. I was able to negotiate the price with the seller and repaired the car that I was going to buy. They provided great service at very reasonable pricing. Also offered life time warranty on the suspension repairs and 2 year warranty on the brakes. Thanks for the shuttle service. Will certainly be back for my regular services.

Great service at this garage! After blowing a tire on the 401 going east just after Port Hope about a month ago, we were towed to this garage. They fixed us up in a couple of hours while we went for lunch and we were on our way. Nice guys with attentive customer service.

The service here is top notch. In addition to doing an exceptional job with my wife’s van’s brakes/wheel bearing replacement, most recently I was in need of a re-torque on the wheels of my truck(which were not mounted at their location), I called them up, popped by within minutes, and they took care of it for me right away, not to mention without looking for anything in return. That’s great customer service right there! It may seem like something so simple, however, that was one of the most professional and courteous gestures I’ve experienced at any shop. I highly recommend using this location for any of your service needs!

I called and was quickly fit in for an oil change. The staff were friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The price was fair and the service was quick and prompt! I’ll be back!

First took son’s car there to fix air conditioning. Excellent job! Super service! Ice cold air now. Super nice when it’s 40 degrees and we’re in the middle of a heat wave! Then sent daughter there and they fixed alternator. Stayed late and were very accommodating! Thank you!

I had to come back and edit again my review. Dont bring your car to this garage, you'll leave with more problems then you arrived with. Had my radiator and condenser replaced, bumper wasn't reinstalled correctly. Paid to have my vvt solenoids changed, intake wasn't reinstalled correctly (things left unconnected, visibly not reattached right) paid them again to reassemble my intake, after two weeks of driving with reduced power, and a rough idle, I found one of the return hoses for the intake was left unconnected while poking around looking at something else. Avoid these guys at all costs.... an update, I went to change the coils and plugs myself on my vehicle, upon removing my intake manifold I found that one of the bolts was snapped. I was wondering why that bolt had rtv silicon on it after my last visit to MM.

Master Mechanic in Cobourg provides outstanding value and honest service and I truly appreciate their competence and integrity, so much in fact that I regularly make the 2 hour drive from Toronto when I need maintenance done on my car. Bravo and keep up the great work!

Reasonable price and friendly staff. I gave a 3 star rating because I didn't receive any notification that my service was completed (text or call). When I went to pick up the car the following day, my battery was virtually dead after being fine when I dropped the car off. I was able to start the car to drive home but when I went to start the car the next time, my battery was dead and I had to boost it to get my car started.The manager did profusely apologize for the lack of notification that the car service was completed.
