Fraserway RV Kelowna

I have been to Fraser way RV in Kelowna a few times, kind of more looking than buying, and each time I've been met by Randy (sales). Each time, a warm smile, and a positive attitude. He is a no bull kind of guy, with the intension to help you buy a trailer or RV of your liking. He asks the right questions and gives an honest answer. If he doesn't have the answer he'll ask someone who does.I found Randy to be very knowledgeable and fair each visit.I finally purchased my first new trailer and Randy walked me through all the steps of purchasing. I was walked through the process of the trailer works by a gentleman named Doug who with his knowledge and patience showed me everything there was to know about my new trailer. What a team. Yes definitely a very pleasant buying experienceOnce the deal went through and I was picking up my trailer on the day it was ready, Randy was right there with a congratulations and a handshake. Sure is good to be treated fairly and with the respect of ( not a salesman) but a new friend. The entire team at Fraser way was amazing.I definitely recommend Fraser way RV Kelowna

Been to a lot of RV shops, and this location by far has been one of the best! We needed replacement furniture for our A-Class and Dee Zacharias is parts & accessories knows her stuff! She was prompt and helped us secure what we needed which isn't easy to find nowadays. Give her a call for anything! We browsed their showroom and they cover all the bases and are very fairly priced where most RV dealers escalate their prices. Check them out first before going to Amazon. Keep up the great work team!

These guys know customer service. Craig was patient and willing to help us out, despite the overly hot day. Didn’t try and sell us anything we weren’t looking for. Definitely a no pressure atmosphere.Garret in finance really wowed us with what he could do to accommodate our payment options…again, no pressure to purchase what we didn’t want.Doug did an amazing walk through. This is our 3rd RV, and I have never had a walk through that thorough before.Even the insurance agent, Graeme, was amazing. Not only did he get us the right insurance for our trailer, but he even took the time to help us switch our truck insurance over. I cannot recommend this team enough for purchasing an RV.

We are new to the RV family and the learning curve has been steep.Sometimes our anxieties might have got the best of us, but never flustered Colin B (our salesman), whose patience knows no bounds and was always happy to assist us. Tom P(shop foreman) is a wonder and fixed items within minutes that had stumped others. Amazing!

Didn’t start out that way, but turned out to be a 5* experience after recently visiting Fraserway RV Kelowna without an appointment to view a recently arrived RV we noticed when passing by. The staff went above and beyond to be accommodating.We were pleasantly greeted by no less than the General Manager, who referred us to their RV sales expert Colin. He was busy with another customer, but until he became available, we were met by the sales manager Adam and another gentleman.Because the RV was a recent arrival and was not yet listed for sale, it required the expertise of Colin, the salesman, who spent several hours with us viewing the Pleasureway Plateau RV and others. Not only was his demeanor pleasant and friendly, but he was very knowledgeable in explaining the basics and features of the B+ van, as well as answered any questions my friend and I had at the time.Sales pricing discussions were held with Adam, whose demeanor was also pleasant and cordial. After reaching an agreement on the purchase price, I was attended to by Gareth, who handled the financing aspect of the purchase. Gareth was very attentive, pleasant and friendly. He was very helpful and considerate in searching for the most advantageous borrowing rate.No discount was offered for the accessories, and $8400.00 was much more than I wanted to spend on a Combo cargo/bike carrier for my ebike, but because Mindy in Parts was very helpful getting me the cargo box so that it could be installed before orientation and delivery to me, I relented and bought it. A bit of a wait for the RV cover. (Probably should have waited for their Fall sale).As Colin lives close to me, he offered to pick me up on the day of my orientation because I’d be driving my new rig home.I am very pleased with the RV purchase and the extensive orientation with Doug Steinke.Colin tries to be helpful with post delivery questions.My sister purchased her RV from Fraserway Kelowna the following week. All’s well that ends well.

We got a tent trailer from Fraserway RV in Kelowna with help from Brennan! We are very happy with our purchase. We didn't know much about a tent trailer since this was our first time. However, Brennan was very helpful and patiently guided us through the process from selecting to purchasing. We appreciate his expertise and he was easy to communicate with. We would recommend Brennan if you are looking for your first trailer!

Had the pleasure of purchasing my new Leisure Travel Van from Fraserway RV Kelowna. The advice I received when ordering our RV was excellent. Just picked it up and had the most thorough training and walk through with Doug. Learned so much. The entire staff at the dealership was patient, helpful and so focused on making sure we had everything we needed (including the current highway conditions and a fresh coffee for the road). Thank you to our sales rep, Colin Blundin for all of the great customer service and special extras. Shout out to Anita for being a total rock star. This dealership takes pride in what they do! We had a wonderful experience this past weekend. We purchased are first trailer! Brennan was our sales person. He was wonderful to deal with and very knowledgeable.
