Dealt with a young lawyer (MN) who was 5 star+. She was very smart, and very polite. She offered great advice. She know what she was talking about. She was prompt on the research she said she would do. Overall I am very happy with this firm. I maybe wrong but I think they are the biggest one in town .

I did not even get a chance to meet with a lawyer. After several attempts (phone calls, voice-mail ect) I have yet to receive a call back from someone. I was in desperate search of a lawyer with money in hand and they wouldn't give me the time of day.

I initially gave my review as a distinct 2 star and have changed it. It's rare for me to be critical. However, after the posting Nathan Wahoski, the lawyer I dealt with, called me. I should mention that he was neither angry nor defensive. We had an exceptionally long chat. it's interesting how the simplest things can lead to distinct misunderstanding on both sides, except that in this case I was the paying customer and he had a reputation. It may be a lesson for all lawyers and for all of us seeking a will to get the price(s) or pricing method on the table immediately. As well, and this happens in any situation where the provider has done the task dozens of times, so the task seems obvious. The receiver is experiencing it for the first time. More clarity is crucial. He had said to ask any questions, yes, but how do I ask for blue if I don't know blue exists? On the follow-up call I believe we both learned some of the issues of the other side. Though my initial review was negative, I will give the lawyer a generous 4, but the front desk needs some resolutions.As for the front desk...Yes, they were new, in fact during the time of transactions, there was turnover, a new one left and I had to deal with yet another new one. I questioned the work environment. So, after the conversation I asked around. At a large business that had long time employees, the manager said that some younger, new employees quit, sometimes just quit showing up, that he'd never seen that behaviour before. At a medium-sized business, the answer was the same, and at a business who had one employee she mourned that she'd just get the person trained, then the employee would promptly quit, with no apparent reason. These were very different businesses, so it is not the just the employer, there's something else happening.In first review, below, my frustration is obvious. The second review, above, indicates the clarifications where communication broke down.Really, front desk might say I don't know" a little less.Not legal advice. Instead of
