The techs that came to check my unit did not have masks. I asked them to please mask up, as I’m immunocompromised. One of them left, never to return; the other said he didn’t have and proceeded to go up the ladder and check anyway.I was shocked and dumbfounded.I had waited more than the proscribed time for them. And I guess I was so surprised that no one brought him a mask and/or that he didn’t just leave of his own accord, I waited until he finished to reiterate that everyone in the building is a senior, and therefore compromised. I said please wear a mask in these apartments. He shrugged, said okay, and left.I’m not satisfied with this particular person. I know the company is excellent, but they need to make sure the people working for them understand how to be in someone’s private space. I am very hurt that someone would not adhere when asked to mask up in my personal space.

Fiona​ Podmore from Levitt- Safety is incredibly unprofessional. My strata manager has been trying to contact her for 2 months regarding a smoke detector issue and she replied to schedule someone to check a month later from the first email. When nobody came by and we followed up with her, she simply didn't reply for a month. Even though we emailed her every single week. Incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Hope our strata management finds a new company to work with in the future.

Great company and exceptional staff. Really is a great place to work because of the company culture they have in place.
