My family doctor has referred me massage session I had massage treatment at Instant Massage Therapy Clinic for my knee LCL/MCL sprain and fixed within 2 sessions. RMT Abdul has amazing therapeutic massage techniques. Highly recommended for therapeutic treatment.

Abdul, is very knowledgeable and professional. He assisted me with an injury in my neck and shoulder; in which I experienced symptoms of improvement after one session. He uses a variety of techniques and he explains what he is doing and the purpose of the treatment - which I found very valuable in my recovery.

Highly recommend the massage therapy. The deep tissue sessions relieved my leg and foot weakness that I’ve been experiencing after Achilles surgery . Abhul is knowledgeable on why chronic pain, muscle knots and stiffness occur and works on the muscle group thoroughly. You get take aways for stretching and strengthening muscle groups, as he can’t do it alone. I also have a condition called pulsating tinnitus which Abhul by providing the most awesome head massages has been able to relieve some of the noise in my ear. That alone was impressive. After 3 treatments I’m now on a monthly maintenance plan, with at home exercises and a newly purchased hot water bottle which works wonders to relieve sore muscles . All too much; well that’s how pleased I am with the massage treatments I’ve received and how much more agile I feel. Thanks to Abhul!

The 30 min for $35 full back massage was excellent. Was passing by the clinic and seen a chair that could sit on - was able to get the massage right away. Not only was it the back, but also worked on both arms and upper portion of the bottom. When done felt relaxed and tension in my back was fully relieved. Also my arms felt weightless after. Highly recommend stopping in, to try this place.

I fell from stairs and my foot got sprained. I booked massage session with RMT Abdul after seeing reviews. My experience was extremely positive and I was able to walk after couple of massage sessions with him. I would like to appreciate his hard work and recommend to book an appointment in need of massage therapy.

Perhaps skeptical at first, when you walked by the place but I was desperate for a massage and let me just say, I AM THRILLED that I did. My back feels incredible. Abdul was knowledgeable and was able to explain the muscular pathology and properly assess my issues beforehand. My back feels better than it has in months. I will be coming back again!
