I received email for register for purchase a house in kitchener.As soon as I click onIt says I am on queueI was on the queue from 10 am to 2pmAfter 2pm it says no space available.I tried to register on mattamy Pickering seaton as well exactly same thing happened.It looks like mattamyJust wasted my time!!

Same issue as others below, opened the page to register at 10am and got wait time of DAYS. How can you not provide a better way to register that makes it fair for everyone instead of allowing people to have BOTS that register for them? Then I get the email that registration is closed and everything’s full. One month later got a missed call, called back and hear “oh it was a courtesy call to inform you that we’re full”. Yeah thanks! One week later got another missed call and voicemail saying we have a lot available and you’re next in line, we sent you and email last night you can either reply to that email or call us back. Didn’t get any emails, called back multiple times and phone went straight to voicemail.

Decent builder but corrupt executive(s)?. Mattamy forces a contract with Cricket Home Comfort for water heater rental and Cricket is a scammy company. Cricket doesn't allow you to get out of the contract that Mattamy forces you into without buying their water heater out. If you choose to buyout, they charge 4 times the price of a regular water heater. I am looking into the 10-day cool off period that is there in Ontario to see if I can get out of this contract.I am very confident that someone in Mattamy is getting a kick back for every Cricket water heater that is getting installed in these homes.

I log in right on time @10 but estimated wait time is more than a day? Market is hot but cannot believe this. May I suggest to change the way booking a spot?

I faced similar issue like many others for Wildflower Crossing. I logged in sharp @10 am but it never allowed me to get in any group (A,B,C). Doesn't make any sense to me.
