Collins Bay Marina

Great marina facilities, clean, deep channel, courteous dock hands.It's a bit weedy, but based on protection it's expected.Close enough for a dinghy ride to Marine Outfitters for those parts you need.

I have kept my boat here for 30 years. Current owners are carrying on the excellent tradition of the previous owners, creating a friendly, well-run marina. Better than 5 stars.

We have been at CBM for five years. Gerry and Lori (owners) are simply too good to be true. They raise the bar way beyond what we have experienced in any marina across lake Ontario. Their crew also embrace their customer service philosophy. You need to experience it to believe how pleasant it is to dock at Collins Bay Marina.

Large clean facility. Docks and restroom in first order. Friendly helpful staff. Weak wifi on my dock but am told a fix is coming soon. Coffee and muffins in morning. Great place

Very friendly staff, great service at the gas dock, Helpful staff who go out of their way to assist in all aspects at the docks, reasonable prices, walked in Lemoine Point Conservation Area next to Marina, great area, close to Collins Bay shopping areas and eateries, shot cab ride to downtown Kingston, Lori is very helpful and friendly too,grat overall experience, highly recommended!

Tried the place two years ago while sailing around the 1000 Island and the East end of Lake Ontario. Really loved the place, so, I came back last year.For now, as I am finishing to reshape the boat to go back at sea, this is my her new moring place.The marina is well kept, when something has to be done, they act on it right as fast as humanely possible, and the ambiance is great. Last year as the water was particularly high, the parking lot was underwater at the beginning of the season, and the fuel pump could not be operated before well in the middle of the season. Well, congratulations to them, they already started last year bringing the grounds up and everything should eventually be out of the water for the next high water level.As per the train and airport, yes, they are there, but you get used to them. At night, when I sleep in the boat (usually not on the boat), I cannot hear the trains, and there are no planes flying in and out of the airport. Most of the airplanes anyways are small ones.Now a few other very positive sides to this marina is the location. It's well protected from nearly all direction as it is at the end of the bay. The access to the Lake is very convenient and easy. Owners and staff are very professional and well trained and friendly.Also, if like me you have to work on your boat to upgrade it, you only have to cross the bay on your dinghy to get every boat part you need. There is a great store right accross the bay. Better than taking a car or a bicycle.Trust me that's a keeper
