Takes a hell of a long time. Could hire more full time workers

If you try to call the 1800 number at 830 in the morning its busy and when you do get through you get disconnected due to high volume. Either they are closed or high volume.

I'm a seasonal workers and draw EI for two or three months per year during winter. Staff is always very pleasant and helpful when applying for benefits.Expedited my passport application last winter and had it in my hands in less than two weeks.

A short ten minute wait and you're in.

Slow, this place needs more staff. 1 hour wait times are normal apprently.

Kijiji has job posting that are often not posted anywhere else.So why is kijiji blocked on the computers at this location?Not very helpful.

First time my friend went he got no service after waiting over 12 hour. Second time was great so we rated it down the middle

Worst service I ever seen any where. They are even not listening what I am saying. Very very bad service.

Just went there to renew a passport (Since I had somehow lost my last one). The staff were super friendly and helped me through the process

Not only is this location snail-paced in service, the employees are clearly incompetent as well. When trying to get a passport for our son they did not even mention that they can mail our application to a Passport Canada office for processing. They told us since the estimated processing time is over 13 weeks we could not be guaranteed to get the passport in time for our flight.We decided to make the drive to the closest Passport Canada office in Ottawa and there were told we actually should have gone through Service Canada in North Bay! Totally clueless employees working here. Thankfully was able to go to a Service Canada in Pembroke to get the application submitted correctly but after many hours wasted because of the incompetent staff at this location.
