Once the ordered fabric arrived, it was a 2 week turn around for my 4 parsons chairs to be recovered. I tried to call as well with no answer, so I just showed up during working hours. They were very helpful and did a great job for a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them for future projects.

They reupholstered a chaise lounge that my friend gave me. It was an older piece of furniture that was truly reborn in their shop!! They picked it up and they delivered when it was ready to come home, and I appreciate that they were honest and upfront when I asked the how long will it take" question. We just got a wingback chair upholstered and it turned out perfect . Very timely and the cost was reasonable. We are going to get our other wingback chair done as well !

No stars is how I feel about this company. My experience left a lot to be desired. Tried for weeks to get someone to call or email me with a date to do my project. Spoke to John twice, sent him numerous emails, of which he only answered one, then I called him on his cell phone, days ago, he was supposed to call me back, wanted to set up a date for mid August, he did not call back..... I know times can get busy, but when you have to practically beg someone to give them your business, They must not want the business. That's the feeling I have with this company. I will not recommend them to anyone. I only gave a 1 star because this site would not post without me choosing at least one star. I would not have chosen any stars.

Johnson's Upholstery did a fantastic job on a chair my 86 year old mother loved...we looked around forever to find just the right chair and couldn't find it. We took the old chair to Johnson's and they did it perfectly for a reasonable price. Mom couldn't be happier! Thanks!

Had a couch, love seat, chair and eight dining seats reupholstered. They did an excellent job and provided outstanding customer service. Will definitely be referring Johnson's Upholstery to family and friends.

I gave these folks a tough job. Two club chairs and super thick scrap hides to cover them with. All the guys were great to deal with, they worked with me and I've come away with a set of chairs that look like a million bucks.

Had my fathers lazyboy done 3 times over the years excellent job reasonable price.
