Roughly 5 years ago my wife and I had multiple poor experiences at this location so we stopped going. After a couple of years we went back and there was a noticeable difference. We noticed the efficiency improved and the food quality was way better. We’ve been back numerous times since. The positive change happened when Lucy took over as restaurant manager. She has turned this place around and we’re now happy to support this business again.

Hubby and I went for a quick dinner out. Food was great. Nice atmosphere. Clean. Our server, Lucy, was wonderful. Very Friendly and attentive. Great experience overall. Will definitely return to this location. Customer service outstanding. Lucy a definite reason to come back.

East Side's is out go-to because our kids love it and it's allergen-friendly (son has lots of allergies). Our recent visit was great - we were seated quickly and Lucy, our server, took great care of use like she always does! Our kids' meals arrived in about 5 minutes and our meals came soon after. Great service - will definitely be returning! The only complaint I have is the bathroom needs some upgrading.

Went there for dinner tonight with my wife and her family! The experience was amazing, the staff was super nice and the customer service was awesome. Our waitress, Alison, was super great and did a fantastic job!Our food was fantastic too, great quality and it tasted amazing! Especially loved the bacon toppings on everything!Another great touch was the owner coming to our table to say hi! All around a top notch experience. Please continue to set the bar high on how a restaurant should be run! 10/10

I came here twice and I really enjoyed the food. My daughter liked her pizza and definitely enjoyed her garlic bread. The waitress I had on Saturday from 4:30pm-5:30pm, is super sweet! She’s so kind and patient with my daughter and I. However, I went to the washroom and came back to my table .. and my take away food was gone. I know I took all my things but I thought maybe give me some more time lol. I was sad because the pizza went to waste and I hate throwing away food that I paid for. I was very disappointed that the other lady was so quick to clean my table. There weren’t even families waiting lol so I don’t get the big rush.

From walking in through the front door to sitting at the table we noticed? How disgusting this restaurant was and we left? We did not order anything because we felt totally grossed out. Definitely something I would be looking into the health department to take a swing by to the restaurant to see how clean it really is.

Service on Sunday during lunch was awesome, dunno her name but she was running the bar and serving food doing it all. Cappelletti came with lots of sauce, you guys are the best!

Had birthday dinner here today 29/04) with family for my birthday. Server was Lucy. She took exceptional care of us as did the other servers. The food was hot & delicious with generous portions. Lucy & her staff are friendly, outgoing & professional. Overall, a great experience!!

Always a great time! We went just after the lunch rush, and we're pleasantly surprised with the staff and service speed. They're always very friendly and the food is delicious! We love the endless salad, and loaf.. my wife is addicted to the Italian wedding soup! My son loves the menu, and always asks to go back

Chantel was the best server I have ever had . She deserves a raise. Times are tough - pay her more - also a few morepaid vacation days would be great. It’s hard to get good staff like that! 10/10 would recommend
