He went out of his was to make sure we were comfortable and understood everything through each step of the process. 10/10 experience

Tanner Wilson was extremely friendly and helpful. He found us a clearance fireplace TV stand that was in our price range with features we liked.The clearance reduction message helped us get an even lower price.The men at the loading bay managed to get our stand that was 64” long into our small car. They used rope to keep the hatch closed.What a wonderful customer-oriented Team!Derek and Gloria Lund.

My experience at Tepperman's was enjoyable and professional. The salesperson Rhonda Bennett was fantastic. She was informative about the product and all the options. She was courteous and respectful. Went here to buy a dishwasher, sales associated Alex was more than helpful and went out of his way to help me out. However, when I came into the store to do the paperwork with the financing department one of the lady’s was terrible, and rude. I actually almost walked out of the store because of it. Never have I’ve been treated with such disrespect in a professional setting. Tepperman’s is a great store but needs to figure out their employee situation.
