The people there now, are professional. The owners are great. I had horrible experiences with a realtor who is now retired. Due to her still actively doing referrals, I won't work with them.

We used Eric and TJ for both a residential and commercial sale. Every aspect was excellent. Eric was our primary agent, but when he needed to step away for a couple of days, TJ stepped in and handled the process seamlessly. We experienced great customer service, advice and subject matter expertise, while issues were handled efficiency achieving great results. I believe this is the best agency in the area and would use them again.

I 100% will recommend Wolf and Simon to everyone! We had our house for sale with two other realtors for two years and when we switched to Wolf and Simon our house had multiple competing offers in the first week of it being listed! Tom and Brian where amazing to work with and always there whenever we needed anything. They went above and beyond what any other realtor has ever done for us. We were out of state when selling and they took care of things at our house when needed and made our selling process super easy. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Call them and you will not be disappointed!
