I locked myself out of the house on Monday July 3, 2023, what should have been a day off. A1 came right away (I called at 9 AM!) and he was able to pick the lock and let me in. Absolutely superb customer service, I can't thank him enough or recommend the company highly enough. I hope I never need locksmith services again, if I do, I will call A1, no hesitation.

Brought a lock in to be rekeyed earlier today and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The price was less than expected and included two free keys. Would highly recommend :)

My neighbor need a locksmith, I found them to be very pleasant, even though in the end there was no need because our neighbor left the back door open, when I phone back, I explained, that she did not need their service, their reply was I am happy there was a happy end"Very nice"

Excellent service, both my semi fuel caps were locked and i lost my keys. The guy had them unlocked in just a few minutesVery friendly and i highly recommend them. Fair pricing also

Above and beyond amazing locksmith. Very reasonable pricing too! A-1 helped us change two tricky locks at our house. They were also available for emergency locksmith services when we got accidentally locked out once - and they came fast! The most excellent service and rates around. Highly recommend!

Had a nice experience, friendly and knowledgeable. We had an exterior commercial grade door with push bar re keyed. Quick service and seems to work very smooth

I had a bit of a work emergency and A1 locks provided super fast quality service when I needed it. I recognise, this wouldn't always be possible with schedules but they were able to do it today and I was super impressed. Thanks A1!

Terrible customer service, they do not come prepared and go back and forth multiple times to get a simple job, according to them, done. Takes advantage of people when they have no other choice. To add to all this they also overcharged for the parts.PS- As I have researched more about this company I found that most of the 5 star reviews are from family, friends or employees.

Very appreciative of them and their services. Really polite and caring. Did their job so quickly and diligently.They came at 10pm at night and let us back into our home. I am very grateful of them and their services. Would highly recommend!
