Nothing against the people who work there as they do what they can but this company is full of absolute scammers. 10+ year customer auto and home insurance. They raised my auto insurance $50 a month ($600 per year) for moving 8 minutes away. Nothing they can do they say. I was not notified of the upcharges and did not receive a reason why until calling 2 different people. Absolutely find somewhere better and cheaper if you can. VERY disappointed.

Our all state agent is really good with work but poor with communication. He is ALWAYS unavailable and does not provide timely responses. I have to keep sending him multiple emails. Also the responses we receive from him are unclear.This is not the service we expect.

Nolan croxall today I went to Allstate he went above and beyond I had a great time at allstate he helped me so much and he exceeded my expectations and demonstrated of how a company should be like I was nervous but he was nice and gentle and patient with me I am very thankful for him amazing service thank you so so much Nolan for the best service I've ever experienced

Terrible service: could never get a hold of my agent. Multiple calls and emails and was still stuck at the car dealership scrambling to get ahold of someone, absolutely worst service I’ve experienced. Have been a long time customer and will be leaving after this experience

We have been with Allstate for many years. Recently I added a new car to our policy. I had Pamela Burkitt helping me through every step of the process. She was very kind, friendly and very helpful. She explained me everything, so that it was easy for me to understand. If you're looking for some savings and great customer service I highly recommend Pamela.

We would like to personally thank Pamela B. for being such an AWESOME person to deal with! She was polite, courteous, and professional. I hope Allstate appreciates the hard work she does for them! In all our years, we have never dealt with someone so dedicated as Pamela B., and we thank her for that. She spent in excess of 2-hours reviewing our Policies, and saved us hundreds of dollars. VERY thorough. VERY professional. By far the BEST Agent we have ever used!!

I called on behalf of my wife for her policy and had the pleasure of speaking with Pam B. I'm not very well versed in insurance but Pam was able to decipher my layman's gibberish and answer all my questions, including clarifying details I wouldn't even have known to ask about. By the end of our conversation Pam had us actually saving money. Thumbs Up!!
