RV Mobile Edmonton

This was my first experience with RV Mobile Edmonton, and I could not be happier. They were able to conduct a gas pressure check the day after I called, when all other shops were booking 2-3 weeks out. Their price was extremely reasonable, and the technician spent tons of time with me going over possible future problem areas. I felt like I got a lesson in RV maintenance! At the same time, they didn't try to scare me into immediate repairs, just gave me food for thought. I will definitely be going back.

We have a boler and before we took it to RV mobile it was in rough shape they added a new frame with storage space added at the front, replaced the axel, fixed our fridge so it would work on propane and power, and a bunch of other work. The staff were friendly and helpful I can’t recommend RV mobile enough!

I found some serious problems with my 5th wheel shortly before I was set to go on holidays. When most shops have me a window of 2-4 weeks just to look at it, RV mobil offered to look at it within the week and get things fixed before I had to leave. There was a little problem with sourcing parts, but they still got it sorted and put in the hours needed to get the job done on time. I can't thank them enough for being true to their word and doing a good job in the process.

These guys saved our five month cross Canada trip by fixing our refrigerator that hasn’t worked since we bought our RV brand new in March 2022. They were able to fit us into the schedule on the only two two days that we were in the area. Thank you Mike for your hard work, your explanation of the work you did, not leaving a trace that you had been working inside, and making sure our electric coolers were plugged so our food didn’t go bad. Top notch friendly service at this place!

I can not recommend enough of this fabulous company. I took hail damage to my 2020 Fuzion 419’that was overlooked by 2 separate companies. RV mobile found SO much damage that was overlooked and it could have literally destroyed my trailer if not repaired!!Their patience, knowledge, workmanship and most importantly integrity is by far superior to any company I have used before!

Very prompt responses to phone messages and friendly knowledgeable staff. A pleasure to deal with. Will be my new go-to for all my RV parts and service.

We had a leaf spring break on our fifth wheel while we were in Edmonton on the long weekend. Not being from the area they accommodated us and made time for the repair and got us back on the road as quickly as possible. Very thankful for the wonderful professional and friendly service we received.

The service was done on time professional and the staff was definitely experienced. Recommend them and will definitely use their service again if needed. I had an intermittent issue with my hot water tank not start or keeping the water hot. Scheduled my service appointment and brought the trailer to them. They had a tech look at my trailer when I showed up. Intermittent issues are the hardest to diagnose. Of course the unit functioned fine when the tech was there. He did some further tests and found the likely issue and an issue that should be addressed. The part was not expensive and he installed it and retested the hot water heater. We have used the trailer several times and the hot water heater is working flawlessly. Thanks you!

The staff here are professional friendly and dealt with my issues in a very timely manner. Everyone from the receptionists, technician and manager got involved. They were very quick to get my RV in and provided a diagnosis.They explained the issues and we together found a solution that I was satisfied with. Thank you RV mobile! You made my summer. I would recommend this business to anyone with RV issues!

I was definitely interested going to RV Mobile Edmonton because of the fast response and good customer service *over the phone.The job that needed to be done was fixing/putting together a foot long of a 3/8 copper line (propane line). The lady over the phone couldn’t tell me the price because they weren’t sure about the time of the job involved.They invited me to show up in the same day which was great. As I arrived, they sent me to the back where someone would be looking at the job that needed to be done. As soon that I got to the back of their shop, a mechanic showed up and instantly started to work on my tent trailer. NO job assessment or pricing was discussed at this point.John (the employee/mechanic) and I discussed a little bit about what needed to be done but that was it. I had brought most parts/fitting to do the job. While working on my trailer, John is mentioning to me that he worked at RV Mobile Edmonton for the last 3 days but been in the trade for over 15 years which was reassuring. Later on, while talking to his co-worker, he’s mentioning to him that he hasn’t done this type of work for the last 3 years. At this point, no big deal. This kind of job is just like riding a bike, you don’t necessarily lose the knowledge because you haven’t done it in so long.1 hour and 15min later, job completed! Great! Let’s go to the front and pay…For the 1 hour and 15min the total was $236. Wo. At this point I am very confused… I asked why so expensive… and their only answer was: “Most RV shop’s price are the same”.1- I believe the correct action, would’ve been having someone AT FIRST assessing the work. “Ok Sir, we are expecting about 1hr worth of work + other fees and you can expect around $300 for a Foot long copper line installation”.2- I don’t want to throw John under the bus but he himself mentioned that he had not done such job in 3 years… At $189.00 per hour, should this matter? Yes. Maybe the job could’ve got completed within 30min and saving me $140 in time!?Even though the quality of the job was done right, $300 for a 12” copper line installation is insane. Especially when you are not aware of the price BEFORE the job started.
