Dr. Robert Low and the staffmembers treat us with great care and respect, with a lot of knowledge in his profession. He’s very understanding and listens to our concerns. He takes time to explain to us in a simple but effective way. We truly appreciate having him as our family doctor.

Dr Coma has been my doctor for years. 15+ I think. He cares, he’s empathetic, he doesn’t push medication, he explores options. He’s respectful of my preference for a woman to do my gynaecological care. Very grateful!

I needed a Doctor 15 years ago as I had terrible experience with Dr Nisisi,Then I went to Dr Cal Stewart at a walk in and he excepted me as a new patient, when he retired he left my care too Dr.Darin Orr ,He is very kind and actually seems to know me which is very good when you need help, You aren't just a chart on a screen!

I have been seeing the same doctor at this office for 13 years, and have seen many of the other doctors during walk in times as well. I have always been treated kindly by the staff. My appointments are rarely rescheduled, maybe once in those years. Sometimes appointments do run behind schedule and the wait is a bit long in the waiting room. When booking, if it's time sensitive they can get you in pretty quickly. If you don't mind seeing any available doctor you can go to walk-in times as well. I have also used the lab and pharmacy on site for the convenience, which was handy when I was a student traveling by bus.

Staff is always friendly and welcoming. My MD here is friendly, thorough and easy to work with. The office has very often made quick appointments for our kids in a pinch (eye/ear issues, things you don't necessarily want to take to ER). Couldn't be more pleased.

Family medical can get me in pretty quick when I call and if my doctor isn’t available they will set you up with another doctor within the clinic. My doctor and his nurse are also great! Super kind people

Dr coma is a fine doctor. He has been my doctor my whole life and is normally very helpful and does his best to assist me without pushing pills. In the last 6 month though I have had a hell of a time getting anyone, not just my doctor(s) to help me with my severe back and hip pain. However I wouldn’t recommend unless you have at minimum an hour to kill from your appointment time until you actually see the doctor.
