Was going here frequently and food is fine however I don’t think I’ll be back to this location. I’ve had a staff member turn out the lights over 10 minutes before close while I was still inside waiting for my food, same staff closed at 8 on a day that they were supposed to close at 9 and I was still refused service even though I showed up before 8 that night. Don’t trust their google hours as they aren’t updated if they do choose to close early nor are there any indicators that they aren’t staying open.

Horror show.First of all, these guys are THIEVES. They round up every transaction, even though you are NOT paying in cash. I was forced to visit this place 3 times in the previous month. This is that exact feeling of when you go to the market in a third world country and you have to check every single thing because they will rob you and steal from you.Secondly, the food is unfortunately extremely unhealthy and unsatisfactory under all criteria. Pizzas are actually salted, and I am not sure why. Why? I have been to Little Caesar's in both Canada and US, and have never tasted SALT sprinkled on a pizza. Wondering if they do it only for customers they don't like, or if they are attempting to change the original recipe. Another customer wrote she got a deluxe pizza with mostly huge chunks of onion, so I am pretty sure we are headed for different recipes here.All in all, much different than the location it once used to be on New Street. From what I am reading, most franchise locations in and around Burlington have been bought by the same family, or families, and they are now are attempting to implement their own rules. Don't support this ideology. Don't go there! Forget about pizza. None of them are made by people who actually eat it.

Worst pizza I have had in my 50 years of life. Picked up on time. Crust was obviously made with Redimix Cement. I put it in the blender an broke the blades.... you could get better pizza from and Alabama outhouse in July

Ordered in the app, message said would get email and push notification when ready. 6 minute window for pick up time. I was there 10 minutes early, watched my phone and could see the pizza portal from my car. I went in 6 minutes after latest time on app and my pizza was in a secondary oven as it ready but I was not notified as the portal was broken! I have picked up from there before and it was perfect. Pizza was soggy and not hot! Not nice to have to put in the oven at home in order to get it reheated. Not happy at all.

Tasty but just not well prepared, 3 pizzas neither of them were cut well and all a little undercooked. Right on time for pick up but this location could be better.

Personally I feel like they don't let the crust rise as long Nd the oven isn't hot enough Vs some other locations. Almost as good as others but not my fav location.

Leftover and not fresh topings , smelly herbs , I don't about meat but vegetarian sucks , not recommended at Wall go to somewhere else if you don't want to hurt yourself
