The Four Villages

This place does not even deserve one star. I have not been able to make an appointment for myself or my son in almost one year. My son has a serious issue and I am forced to take him to emergency room. Every-time I call doctors are on vacation. And when you do get an appointment the doctor just waists your time.

It is a sad state of affairs that we have such establishment sponsored with our health tax dollars.Nothing is done properly here - it is as if I entered some underdeveloped countries and want to teach people english and social skills - as they are severely lacking.Recently wanted to join Yoga class and they gave me 4 page questionnaire demanding to get my OHIP number, birth place and whole bunch of data. I refused but they forced that illegal privacy data collection from the others in the group.It is despicable, quazi-medical institution that should be defunded ASAP! When in Canada please behave in a civilized, respectful way.

Booking appointments are horrible. Always on hold. I'm forced to get outside help.

Both locations are so difficult work with. The reception does not care about the patients or booking appts. Best to avoid this place. Its a headache to get things done, you need keep calling a couple times a day and still no appointment will be booked or phone calls returned.

This place is phenomenal. Even if they have a waiting list, I suggest you get on it if you are looking for an MD in the west end of Toronto. The doctors and nurses that work here have cared for me an my family for years. They take appointments on short notice, and have all kinds of ancillary programs that you can take advantage of.

I give 0 stars. Booking appointments with family doctors are horrible. Patients are forced to visit walk in clinics for almost any health issue/concern as wait times are very long. Family doctor is not good at all, during appointment constantly goes into a room to google search illness on computer for more than 15 minutes. If you miss any type of vaccine/annual physical appointments, patients are not aware. Pretty pathetic for a health clinic in Canada, needs a lot of improvement. The family Dr Smith is horrible, I am so surprised to witness a family doctor of such low caliber. It saddens me that doctors like herself actually exist and continue to practice in Canada.

The four villages is a great medical facility Dr Smith took me in when I was in serious medical trouble and checked Mr out and helped me out in every possible way that person who gave her a bad review should have there brain function examined .Dr Smith is a caring and competentdoctor also a pediatrician she's just a wonderful woman and doesn't need that kind of bullcrap

My experience having my baby daughter as a patient here has been positive. We have been able to get regular appointments, when I phone and need help the nurse practitioner calls back the same day. We've been able to get through to the doctor at the weekend and out of hours and got referrals to specialists.
