Probably the worst customer service I have experienced at any chain in the country.Bought a cake that tasted god awful and I contacted the DQ customer service number on what my options could be I was advised I could bring the cake back to the store and get an exchange no problem. Upon arriving and stating what I wanted the manager was on the phone with the franchise owner for over 10m.Manager then tells me they dont do exchanges if its left the store (Thats not an exchange lol) and as soon as I leave the store I contact the customer service number again and told them everything.That was on may 20th and they still have not called me back. I had to call them back myself today just to escalate" the ticket despite it being put in a month ago. I will never go to a dairy queen again and I have been actively informing all my friends about this interaction. Over 3$ billion profit but they wont do a 40$ cake exchange so god forbid you get something you are not happy with."

I ordered sauced and tossed, not honey bbq soup. My Sprite tasted like carbonated water. Also don’t appreciate being rushed at the drive thru speaker and constantly interrupted.

Went to the drive through to get 2 ice creams, the pos went down when we got up to the window. We waited there for 20 minutes before they told us we could either come in to pay or not take our order. We even asked if we could pay with cash. We had our dog in the car so we just had to drive away and wave goodbye to our ice creams sitting on the counter which I guess just went into the trash.

We've ordered from here several times. Each time the ice cream seems to be a little warm, almost a little melted. Not the worst thing, but gives you less time to drive home if that's what you were hoping to do.Friendly staff though!

Good food, but man this place is slow. One car was at the window for 10 minutes. If it’s gonna be that long make them pull ahead like everyone else. All I ordered was ice cream (pregnancy craving) and waisted half of my break.

What a poorly managed establishment with little or no standards for food quality. My chicken sandwich was hot but my flamethrower burger and my chicken strip basket w/fries were cold. They forgot 1 of my medium pops and gave us no straws napkins or condiments. On my second visit they forgot one of my burgers, then went ahead and charged me for the extra one and made me wait as the rest of my food got cold. Double check your bags before leaving this location's sloppy drive thru service!!

Delicious food with friendly efficient staff, in a dirty broken-down store. Everywhere we looked was trash & dirt on the floors, tables, and thrown into empty spaces. Broken wall tiles in multiple places. Staff were running out to use the customer ice machine at the front of the store, as presumably, the kitchen one was broken. Outside seating was also dirty. Seriously, the city needs to come by and inspect this place for health code violations.

Staff are nice service is quick I have noticed that their prices on blizzards are on average a $1 more then other DQs i go too in the Durham area.

May 2023 - This location, one of the busiest in Durham Region, does not partake in online mobile ordering through the app OR the reward points system. I recently went to this location for my birthday, showed them my barcode in the app to collect points, and was told that they do not have the points system set up. When I asked if I can use my receipt to collect my points the guy said no because they don't have it set up, but they will soon". It's such a shame that this location is falling flat to it's local patrons.2022 - Don't go here if you want a frozen treat
