Lack of follow through. Empty promises and guarantees. Constant excuses on why the project is late, but related to weather. E.g. team is almost there... 4 hours later and still not there.One day they need an entire day" to be sunny to pressure wash

I cannot possibly write a review that stands up to the job that Manny and his team did on our backyard patio. It is absolutely INCREDIBLE work. First, let’s start with the price: I had three quotes from three separate companies and Design and Quality Concrete was right in the middle of them all and with the professionalism of him and his te he could easily charge much more for the work but sticks to a fair and affordable price. That is not something you see everyday in this world. Secondly during the planning phase he was very helpful in helping with the vision of what we wanted our backyard to become. Then the magic really began. Manny and his team came out swinging (literally) on demo day and had the entire frame and ground prepped in one day. The second day they added the gravel and the rebar and it was ready to pour. For a 21x15ft patio that is an impressive feat to have done in two days. Then came the rain and the delays until a sunny day for pouring. Manny was incredibly responsive and kept me well informed of the situation and how the schedule was being impacted and how we were moving forward. When the day came to pour the concrete his team was spectacular again and really made our patio one of a kind and incredibly special. Throughout the entire process Manny was everything you would want in a contractor and more. I would recommend him and his company to anyone that asks and if you read this review and are trying to decide who you should hire I am here to say 100% you should hire Design and Quality Concrete LLC for your job! Looking forward to years of memories on our patio!

I had a patio installed by this company and it was terrible, refused to grade and proper prep, caught them drinking beer in my yard, stamped pattern and lines crooked, not to code steps, sealed up a downspout and pored over half a cable and vent, caused damage to vents, paint, crawlspace and landscape. Had several companies look at their work and now has to be ripped out and replaced. Avoid this company at all cost.

Design & Quality Concrete, LLC is a great business. Their professionalism was very apparent from the first visit by Steven to go over the project.The team worked tirelessly, in sometimes foul weather, to get our project completed to our satisfaction. I would have no problem hiring them again for any future projects, as well as recommend them to anyone planning a concrete project.

Manny and his team did a great job and we are so pleased with our new patio. Our backyard was small consisting of a very small patio (concrete was cracked) and very messy garden (we are busy people with little time to garden). Manny came out twice to make ensure the design and cost was acceptable. Due to the weather (rain, rain, rain) we were hold until we could get a few good days of sunny weather. After the pour of the patio there were a few small issues which were taken care quickly after the patio cured. LOL, no construction project is perfect; Manny stayed in touch with us throughout the process and his team were courteous and professional. Highly recommend the team!!! We went from a very small patio to 12 x 45 patio and we loving it !!!! Thank you Many and Team!!!!

Had a new patio poured in my backyard. From design to execution it was a pleasant stress free experience. Manny is so nice, professional and experienced, as well as his team. Most of all they are honest and care about their work and my happiness. I highly recommend them.
